Rooms were comfortable and very secure. Staff extremely helpful. Good location for the city via Metro, bus or walking. Good for something different.

Staff exceptionally friendly. Close to lots of major sights but if you don't fancy walking the metro and buses is not even 5 minutes away and really easy to use. Our favourite choice from our trip to Italy!

Very friendly people, nice location, beautiful room with terras, excellent service. It was like coming home! No typical hotel-feeling, but a true guesthouse feeling.

The room was absolutely outrageous. One small window in the seiling, no possibility to open. The room door opens directly into the lobby. The room door also had a glass. In the room it was dark even during the day with all lights on.

An intersting area. Near important sites we would have otherwise missed!

English: In very good place, near Metro station (Manzoni), typical rooms, clean. Ελληνικά: Φίλοι μου, (με λίγα λόγια) υπάρχουν με τα ίδια λεφτά και καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία. Πάντως σαν τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Το προσωπικό ήταν τυπικό, αλλά τι μας νοιάζει εμάς, εμείς πάμε να δούμε τη Ρώμη, όχι ναι μιλάμε. Για ένα ύπνο είναι καλό πάντως.

No windows in rooms, all the doors look at in corridor and behind it exists an atrium. Very poor breakfast out hotel in a bar with 3 choices. 1) Juice or yogurt - 2) Sandwich or Crouissan 3) coffe (espresso)

Very friendly staff, cool room despite the heat in Rome. Great for a weekend in Rome.

Quiet and simplicity, something difficult to find in Rome.

The room was large and very nice with good a/c controls. The bed was large and comfortable. The pillows were also comfy. Although I had to walk a short distance to the small shop for breakfast, it was quite nice (E.G., a croissant, yoghurt, and tea). The guest house is closest to the Manzoni subway station. There is also a pc with Internet access in the lobby free of charge; I used it to charge my Ipod in addition to checking and sending e-mails. I took a taxi from the guest house to the Fiumicino airport for a flat rate of 40 Euro.

The shower nozzle was a bit of an issue, but I was still able to shower adequately.

We like the position and the peaceful atmosphere.

Wifi connection could be better

Great room, spacious and clean with great views of Rome! The annex building is at 50 meters from the reception and is extremely quiet, just what we were looking for.
